Exchanges

If an Exchange is necessary, you must email us at rma@glamourmom.com to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and instructions on how to ship the exchange back to us.

Absolutely NO exchanges will be accepted without an RMA# clearly marked on the outside of your return package.

We offer Exchanges Only, No Refunds on USA orders.

No refunds or exchanges for International customers that purchased from glamourmom.com. No exceptions.

Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange (excluding shipping and handling) on unworn, unwashed garments (with no hair or any deodorant residue) in the original packaging with full contents and attached tags and in resaleable as new condition which are received by us within 30 days of purchase date. We encourage you to try on the purchased item before removing tags and after showering (and before applying any makeup, lotion, deodorant, etc) and do not wash any item before trying it on as we cannot accept the return for an exchange of any garment that cannot be resold as new. NO EXCEPTIONS.

AN EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER IF RECEIVED AFTER THE 30 DAY WINDOW AND/OR IF THE RMA NUMBER IS NOT CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR RETURN PACKAGE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

*THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON OUTLET ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS AS THESE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

NOTE REGARDING ORDERS THAT QUALIFIED FOR FREE SHIPPING: IF THE TOTAL PRETAX VALUE OF ANY ADJUSTED ORDER AFTER EXCHANGE OR RETURN DOES NOT MAINTAIN THE FREE SHIPPING MINIMUM, THEN SHIPPING WILL BE ADDED BACK.
