If a Return or Exchange is necessary, you must call 1-888-579-4666 to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Absolutely NO returns will be accepted without an RMA# clearly marked on the outside of your return package. International customers that purchased from glamourmom.com are only eligible for a refund; exchanges are not permitted.
Return and Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange or refund* (excluding shipping and handling) on unworn, unwashed garments (with no hair or any deodorant residue) in the original packaging with full contents and attached tags and in resaleable as new condition which are received by us within 30 days of purchase date. We encourage you to try on the purchased item before removing tags and after showering (and before applying any makeup, lotion, deodorant, etc) and do not wash any item before trying it on as we cannot accept the return of any garment that cannot be resold as new. NO EXCEPTIONS.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER IF RECEIVED AFTER THE 30 DAY WINDOW AND/OR IF THE RMA NUMBER IS NOT CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR RETURN PACKAGE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
